We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing residential and/or commercial properties, building strong client relationships, and closing deals efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle leasing inquiries for residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Advise landlords and tenants on market trends, pricing, and availability
- Negotiate lease terms and close deals in line with company targets
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and internal departments
- Maintain accurate records on CRM and follow up on leads
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in Abu Dhabi
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi leasing market and communities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- RERA certification is an advantage (if applicable)
