We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing residential and/or commercial properties, building strong client relationships, and closing deals efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle leasing inquiries for residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and client meetings
Advise landlords and tenants on market trends, pricing, and availability
Negotiate lease terms and close deals in line with company targets
Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and internal departments
Maintain accurate records on CRM and follow up on leads
Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company policies
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in Abu Dhabi
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi leasing market and communities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
RERA certification is an advantage (if applicable)
