We are looking for a talented AI Video Editor (fully Remote) to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who blends creative storytelling with cutting-edge AI tools to produce high-quality property videos, social media reels, and digital ads. Real estate experience is a strong advantage, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality real estate videos including property tours, reels, ads, and short-form content
- Use AI-powered video editing tools to enhance speed, quality, and creativity
- Create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid ads
- Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound effects, and background music
- Optimize videos for different platforms and formats
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet campaign objectives
- Ensure brand consistency, visual quality, and timely delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Video Editor (AI-based workflows preferred)
- Strong command of AI video tools such as Runway, Pika, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Descript, or similar
- Good understanding of short-form, high-conversion social media content
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent time management and communication skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in real estate video editing (property tours, listings, lifestyle videos)
- Knowledge of marketing funnels, ads, and conversion-focused content
- Experience with AI voiceovers, avatars, or text-to-video tools
