We are looking for a talented AI Video Editor to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who blends creative storytelling with cutting-edge AI tools to produce high-quality property videos, social media reels, and digital ads. Real estate experience is a strong advantage, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality real estate videos including property tours, reels, ads, and short-form content
Use AI-powered video editing tools to enhance speed, quality, and creativity
Create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid ads
Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound effects, and background music
Optimize videos for different platforms and formats
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet campaign objectives
Ensure brand consistency, visual quality, and timely delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Video Editor (AI-based workflows preferred)
Strong command of AI video tools such as Runway, Pika, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Descript, or similar
Good understanding of short-form, high-conversion social media content
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent time management and communication skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience in real estate video editing (property tours, listings, lifestyle videos)
Knowledge of marketing funnels, ads, and conversion-focused content
Experience with AI voiceovers, avatars, or text-to-video tools
