We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation & Digital Transformation Expert to design, implement, and manage end-to-end business automation across our real estate brokerage. This role focuses on leveraging AI, workflow automation, system integrations, and data intelligence to streamline operations, optimize sales and marketing processes, enhance client interactions, and significantly reduce manual work across the organization.

This is a leadership role for a forward-thinking professional who can drive digital transformation and operational excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Real Estate Platform & Lead Automation

  • Integrate and automate lead intake from property portals, developer systems, and third-party platforms (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
  • Implement AI-driven lead capture, qualification, scoring, and assignment.
  • Detect duplicate or low-quality leads and prevent lead leakage.
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance with brokerage policies and UAE regulations.

2. Sales & Marketing Automation

  • Automate property listings, marketing campaigns, content generation, and multi-channel outreach (WhatsApp, email, SMS, chat).
  • Develop AI-powered call center and omni-channel communication workflows.
  • Track campaign performance and ROI with real-time dashboards.

3. Agent Lifecycle & Productivity Automation

  • Automate agent onboarding, training, documentation, and system access.
  • Monitor agent activity and performance using AI-driven analytics.
  • Implement lead rotation, reallocation, and inactivity controls to optimize productivity.

4. Transaction & Commission Automation

  • Automate workflows for off-plan and secondary market transactions.
  • Design commission calculation, approval, invoicing, and payout automation.
  • Integrate sales systems with finance and accounting platforms for seamless operations.

5. Client Lifecycle & Retention Automation

  • Automate post-sale follow-ups, handovers, renewals, and referral programs.
  • Segment clients and personalize engagement journeys using AI insights.
  • Track lifetime value and repeat business opportunities.

6. Compliance & Regulatory Automation

  • Automate AML, KYC, and UAE regulatory compliance workflows (DMT, ADM, Tawtheeq).
  • Maintain audit-ready systems and ensure accuracy in transactions and documentation.

7. Data Intelligence & Leadership Dashboards

  • Develop predictive dashboards for revenue forecasting, pipeline efficiency, and agent performance.
  • Analyze lead sources, campaign ROI, and agent profitability to support strategic decisions.

8. AI Governance & Change Management

  • Define AI automation standards, governance policies, and security protocols.
  • Evaluate and manage third-party AI and automation vendors.
  • Drive adoption across departments with training, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in AI automation, workflow design, and digital transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalent).
  • CRM automation experience (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Knowledge of AI-powered communication, chatbots, and call center systems.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and architecture.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and system-thinking mindset.
  • Experience managing change, adoption, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in AI automation, digital transformation, or system integration.
  • Proven experience implementing end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Experience in real estate, brokerage, or high-volume sales environments is preferred.
  • UAE market experience is an advantage.
