Real Estate Listing Manager

The Real Estate Listing Manager will oversee and manage all listings within the brokerage. This individual is responsible for ensuring that all property listings are accurately entered into various real estate databases, maintained, and updated as necessary. The Listing Manager will work closely with real estate agents, photographers, and other professionals to ensure that each listing is presented attractively and accurately to maximize its marketability. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Listing Management: Oversee all aspects of property listings, including data entry, listing updates, and status changes. Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and comply with legal and ethical standards.
  2. Agent Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for real estate agents regarding all listing-related queries and issues. Provide support and training on listing procedures and the use of listing platforms.
  3. Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with marketing staff to ensure that properties are marketed effectively, including overseeing the creation of listing materials, online presentations, and promotional campaigns.
  4. Photography and Staging Coordination: Coordinate with photographers and staging professionals to ensure properties are photographed and presented in the best possible light. Schedule and oversee photo shoots, ensuring that listing photos are of high quality and accurately represent the property.
  5. Compliance and Quality Control: Monitor listings for compliance with brokerage standards and local real estate regulations. Ensure that all listing information is accurate and up-to-date, conducting regular audits of listing data.
  6. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports on listing activity, including days on market, listing volume, and sales data. Analyze trends and provide insights to agents and brokerage management to inform business strategies.
  7. Client Liaison: Communicate with sellers regarding their listings, providing updates, feedback from showings, and advice on market conditions and pricing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate, particularly in a listing or administrative capacity.
  • Strong understanding of real estate listing processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and presentation.
