Overview

Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana is a gated waterfront community that Ohana Development is building with Manchester City on Yas Canal in Abu Dhabi. It is the club's first branded residential development anywhere in the world. Manchester City's identity shows up in the design, the amenities and the experiences planned for residents. The project is valued at about AED 15 billion. It covers roughly 1.67 million square metres and is planned to hold more than 2,000 homes.

The project launched in February 2026 and drew very strong demand. Ohana reported about AED 6 billion in sales within 72 hours, with Emirati buyers making up around 35% of purchasers and expatriate and international buyers about 65%. Ground was broken in September 2026, and a dedicated Experience Centre on Yas Canal opened at the same time.

Location

The community sits along Yas Canal on Yas Island, a few minutes from major attractions such as Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and SeaWorld Abu Dhabi. Residents will live within one of the capital's best-known leisure and entertainment districts, with waterfront promenades and marina access on their doorstep.
